Dr. Frantz started HealthCare for Life LLC in 2005 to serve the community she loves. Dr. Mildred Frantz is a long term resident of Monmouth County. She graduated with an MD from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson University. She completed an Internship at Mayo Clinic and was chief resident at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
She believes in preventative care and personalized evidence based medicine.
Dr. Frantz thinks of her patients as extended members of the HealthCare for Life family.
Her interests are family, friends, reading, food and travel.
Lisa Genova, DNP

Lisa has over 25 years of progressive experience which commenced as a hospital based RN. She obtained her MSN in 2015 as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Over the last 7 years she has experience in diverse arenas including acute and primary care/long term/ hospice and palliative care. Over the last 3 years she attained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and received a recognition as the 2020 nurse practitioner of the year for her work with aging adults. Her specialty includes utilizing a sound foundation of adult gerontology working with patients with acute and chronic diseases. Lisa is accepting new patients.
Jessica is a compassionate, experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner that joined HealthCare for Life LLC in 2022. Jessica earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ-Rutgers. Jessica sees all patients greater than 16 years of age. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and keeping patients well, so they don't develop chronic illness. Jessica specializes in helping patients meet their weight loss goals.
Her personal interests include spending time with her children, boating, the beach and exercising. She is accepting new patients.

Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Education from Monmouth University and is a certified Wellness Coach. She works side by side with Dr. Frantz as a medical assistant, scribe and patient educator. Jennifer also spends time with patients reconciling medications, coordinating care and reviewing health maintenance. She supervises the medical assistants and also monitors our quality metrics and medical home model.
Her cheerful personality and beautiful smile will instantly make you feel better.
Her interests include her family, gourmet food and travel.

Patient Coordinator
Calista is our newest medical assistant. She will take your vital signs and check you in for the provider.
Calista also handles our prior authorizations for imaging studies, prescription medications and your insurance referrals.
Calista also acts as a patient care coordinator helping you to manage screening tests, hospital follow ups and staying up to date on wellness exams.
Calista thrives with a challenge and learning new things.
Her interests include the outdoors, hiking, meditation and yoga.

Ellen is the front office supervisor and the 'go to person'. A visit to our office begins and ends with the front office. Always caring, compassionate and going the extra mile for patients, Ellen will make you feel like family. Ellen is our problem solver and receives many accolades from patients. Her calming affect is very soothing. You'll feel safe in her competent, caring hands.

Arthur has been with HealthCare for Life LLC for over 10 years. He is responsible for patient billing and insurance submission, along with the financial management of the practice.
Arthur previously worked in the media tracking business for 30 years.
His interests include playing and watching sports, traveling and family.
Megan Farrell has been a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner since 2012. Prior to that, she was a labor and delivery nurse and clinical educator. Megan received both her bachelors and her masters degrees from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. She has a special interest in health promotion and disease prevention. She is originally from Avon and is thrilled to be joining Health Care for Life! Megan’s hobbies include running, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is accepting new patients.
